"You have done amazingly. You have set up the Neighbourhood Watch, gathered information about the needs of the community, fed it back to the relevant authorities, and helped find solutions. I have really enjoyed being part of these groups. I always promote the existence of these groups to the people I meet and encourage them to join so that we can become a stronger neighbourhood. Not many of us can do what you have been doing. You have created the largest WhatsApp groups I know of for local residents, and I truly appreciate that because it was something missing from W10. I hope you continue uniting the community, knowing that you have all our support along the way. In the age of polarisation and division nationally and internationally, it was refreshing to see local communities coming together to provide grassroot solutions to local issues."
